（中央社記者黃旭昇新北市7日電）新北地方法院民事庭今天判決，涉及台北捷運江子翠站隨機殺人的鄭捷，須賠償死者潘碧珠的家屬及蕭姓等7名傷者，共新台幣3091萬餘元；本案可上訴。

法官認為，鄭捷對死者家屬及傷者始終未道歉，毫無悔意，審酌被害人受害程度、交通費及醫療費等證明單據，共判賠3091萬，扣除潘碧珠家屬已領的犯罪被害人補償金110餘萬元，鄭捷總計須賠償2981萬餘元。

鄭捷於去年5月21日，在台北捷運隨機殺人，造成4死22傷，遭新北地方法院依殺人等罪，判處死刑，目前，案件由高等法院審理中。1040807
