（中央社記者張榮祥台南6日電）民進黨總統參選人蔡英文今天表示，民進黨已準備好執政，明年要贏得漂亮，讓對手心服口服。

蔡英文台南市競選總部今天下午在永康區成立，支持者擠滿現場，台南市長賴清德、前總統府秘書長陳唐山、前台南市長許添財、前台南縣長蘇煥智、及黨籍立委、市議員等人齊聚一堂，營造團結勝選的氣勢。

不過，反南鐵東移自救會也出現在台下抗議，但因離舞台很遠，又有警方及人群阻隔，自救會也很自制，未釀衝突。

蔡英文表示，去年九合一選舉已給執政黨一個教訓，卻未看到執政黨反省檢討，中央有黑箱，地方有黑金，中央執政者未感受人民的意志，決策都在自己的小圈圈，都是黑箱作業。

蔡英文表示，民進黨經2008年跌倒失敗再站起來，隨時檢討反省，已準備好要執政，要帶給人民希望和改革。民進黨執政後將進行政治改革，讓政治清白有效率，終結台灣政治對立，不會「整碗端去」(台語)。1041206
